All homes are bespoke and not package deal homes. There is not one home like another.
locally sourced products & materials
We do not use outsourced materials and products from overseas. All products and materials are locally sourced in Australia and come with local manufacturers warranty and guarantees.
commercial grade window framing
We use commercial grade window framing and not your usual standard-sized residential grade. Everything is manufactured in Australia.
A minimum of 5 years warranty on appliances
All white goods and kitchen appliances come with a minimum of 5 years warranty for peace of mind.
shorter time frame in build time
We can offer you a shorter time frame in build time than most home builders. This is because we do not overcompensate on how many homes we build at one time. This allows us to give focus on each project not only to turn around the build time quicker but to also make sure there are no mistakes during the development process.
